Angels Have We Heared On High

Angels have we heared on high.  I believe in angels.  They say they make beautiful music.  I believe angles more than I believe in Sta. Claus. But I think Santa is more popular specially with kids.

Today I bought these pretty little red angels from local handicraft groupie of momsies that called themselves USWAG.  I am an avid fan of their handmade home decors, gift wraps, and shawl made of abaca.

Christmas is coming very soon.  I hope that more classical and traditional songs are played.  Not very far, traditional chirstmas songs may be forgotten they existed.  I hope radios play them on air and schools would teach children of the old carols.

Obviously, one of my favorites is Gloria In Excelsis Deo.  I am going to search for that song again---  "Angels have we heared on high....."

Tomorrow is the first day of the Dawn Mass or Simbang Gabi.  While everyone is busy attending the dawn mass, I will be curld up in my bed snoring.

It is ten days before Christmas.  Have a Blessed Christmas everyone.

Ruby

Ruby visited almost the whole country last Saturday.  Everyone was dead worried.  Not another typhoon at this time of the year.  We do not want a black out Christmas.  It happened before, we do not welcome Noche Buena .  No.....

We stormed the heavens with prayers and heaven listened.  We were spared from the wrath.  But we were dead worried and anticipated.  God is merciful.

Then we look forward to Christmas.  Its going to be simple but nevertheless it will be meaningful.

I happen to take a photo of the Payag in our yard while the hem of Ruby's lashing pounded.  That was strong but not too stron to even tear the leaves of the fern.

With a heavy sighhhh and a loud THANK YOU LORD, let us celebrate Christmas!
