Today Is Lady of Mt. Carmel Day

I plan to do the following today:

• Hear mass.
• Buy brown scapular.  Have them blessed.
• Hoping for that great opportunity to sing solo the Marian Hymn "Salve Regina"
• Three decades of all Mysteries of the Holy Rosary 
• Look for the Novena to the Lady of Mt. Carmel

Cashless Shopping - God is Good!

God really provides.  And the best thing with Him when He provides without you asking for it.  He truly is one Joker.  He surprises you in many ways.  THANK YOU LORD!  You always knew what I wanted. 


I enjoyed immensely the non cash shopping that happened last Friday.  I ended up bringing home to my daughter's apartment an aircon, an LED Tv, a personal blender and an earphone.  All that I paid Php 200.  My takeaways for winning in our Bingo Socials.  God is really good.


That Lord I promise to glorify your name.  Horrayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.  God is good.

in the nearby beaches

i went to the cagraray islands escade upon invitation by bossom friends.  and God, i had the realization that i have been missing a life like this.  a life of relaxation, a day with myself. 

the day started at the bacacay port.  a boat called love boat took us to these places ---

 -- the cagraray eco park.  the place so serene, with the sula channel in the background.  the steepy climb is worth the picturesque blue waters and the cool salty breeze of the cagraray.

Another Milestone for Gerryl

April 23.  Gerryl celebrated another milestone.  Her graduation for the Instrumentation and Control Technology.  Oh how time really flies fast!  Three years ago we had the same position for our mother daughter picture taking for the scholarship requirement. 

And Oh God!  She survived, without beign suffocated by numbers! With her perseverance, hardwork and talent she is on to finishing her BS Instrumentation and Control Engineering.

Praise GOD!

Maya

This is her last year sleeping in our big bed.  She is heading for the big city for college.  I have jitters separating from my youngest daughter and thinking about her alone in the jungle of buses and chaos, I am having double thoughts.  Can this demure lady who takes time in her own disposal lives up to the turmoil of the busy crowd?  Well, everything will be left to see.  God will always provide and will take care of my little baby.

yeeeee  hawwwww.  i purposely made this pic in black and white.  the color is with the memories of these pics pasted together - how do they call it?  collage.  awww, why am i too cheezy?  well... we are celebrating 22 years as family.  yes,  on february 6 we are ten times 2 plus one plus one as a couple.

life is really really good.  we had been richly blessed.  not with wealth, not with fame, not with power.  but with life filled with laughters, and gratitude.  i decided to mute the color here so that we will have a lot more in the years to come ---   colors can fade with frequent exposures.  so i try to save them here.  in the four corners of our abode.
